Mike Adhikari
Mike Adhikari has 35+ years of M&A experience and 17 years of operating experience with a Fortune 500 company. He has three grad degrees including an MBA (Chicago-Booth). His valuation work has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and US Congress.
Mike is active in leadership position with many trade assoc and non-profit org. He is currently president of advisory board of AM&AA (Alliance of M&A Advisors). He taught part of a 5-day M&A certification program called CM&AA (Certified M&A Advisor). He was also an adjunct professor of entrepreneurial finance for 15 yrs at the The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
