Mike Adhikari
Mike Adhikari has 25+ years of M&A experience and 17 years of operating experience with a Fortune 500 company. He has three grad degrees including an MBA. His valuation work has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and US Congress.
Mike is active in leadership position with many trade assoc and non-profit org. He is currently president of advisory board of AM&AA (Alliance of M&A Advisors). He teaches in the 5-day M&A certification program called CM&AA (Certified M&A Advisor). He was an adjunct professor of entrepreneurial finance for 15 yrs at the The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
